(effective from 28th March 2021)
So that we can create personalised products for you, you will be asked to grant us permission to access data held by your Social Media Provider (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, Google Photos, or any other provider you may choose to connect with via our service).
We will request and store some basic "Personal Information", such as your name and email address.
The other information made available to us via your Social Media Provider (your "Media Content") will depend on the chosen service. We will request access to your photos, photo albums and other related media such as posts and videos (where available). This may also include (where available) captions, comments, photo locations and the list of people in each photo. Some of this information will be personally identifiable (that is, information that can be uniquely identified with you), and it may also be private information (i.e. something that you don't want to share publicly).
Where possible, your Media Content will be accessed directly on your device, but we may also process your Media Content on our Servers. We will not usually store your Media Content, except to retain copies of albums you have ordered (so that you may re-order those albums again).
So that we can print orders that have been placed, our service is permitted to access the information made available by your Social Media Provider when you are 'offline' (i.e. when you are no longer using our website, and even after you have logged out) for as long as is deemed acceptable by your Social Media Provider. When a need arises (such as in order to respond to a request by you, or to fix a problem that may have arisen) we may access the information made available by your Social Media Provider.
This site may use and combine such passively collected anonymous information to provide better service to site visitors, customise the site based on your preferences, compile and analyse statistics and trends, and otherwise administer and improve the site for your use. We may at times combine personally identifiable information with passively collected information in order to personalise offers and the site for our users (for example, combined information may allow us to recommend products or features to you based on what you have liked in the past).
Our use of personally identifiable information, including data received from third party APIs, will be strictly limited to the sole purpose of providing our services to you.
Except as otherwise stated, we may use information collected via this site to improve the service provided, to customise the site to your preferences, to communicate information to you (if you have requested it), for our marketing and research purposes, and for any other purpose specified. In addition, we may make full use of all information acquired through this site that is not in personally identifiable form.
We may be required to disclose personally identifiable information you provide via this site to third parties, but only:
To keep personally identifiable information that you provide via this site accurate, current, and complete, please contact us as specified below and we will take appropriate steps to update or correct such information in our possession, or to delete your information from our contact list. If we no longer need personally identifiable information for any of the purposes referred to in this policy, we will take reasonable steps to either destroy or de-identify your information.
This site takes reasonable steps to protect personally identifiable information as you transmit it to our site and to protect such information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. You should keep in mind that no Internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from this site may not be secure.
The App and Website may change from time to time, which will result in features being added and possibly removed.
